It was an absolute pleasure working with Gancy and Pest Zone Pest Control. I needed to have a wasp nest removed from my roof and contacted Pest Zone. Gancy did a consultation during a pretty severe rain storm and removed it very efficiently. The price was very fair and the work was excellently done. I would highly recommend Pest Zone Pest Control and Gancy and wouldn't hesitate to contact again if I have any pest problems in the future.

We contacted Gancy about a carpenter ant issue we were having (we could hear them in the walls in two different spots in the house). He immediately booked us in for an appointment that week to spray the baseboards inside the house and the outside of the house with a compound that he creates himself. He arrived on time, took the time to explain what he was doing and assured us that if we heard the ants again in two weeks, he would be back to assist us. Sure enough, two weeks later, we were able to hear the ants moving again in one of the spots in the wall. I texted Gancy in the morning and he was there that same afternoon to spray again.

We used Gancy 5 years ago for carpenter ants that were entering our home and were so glad we did. Gancy did an interior and exterior spray and we were carpenter ant free for years. Recently we noticed a lot of carpenter ant activity around our outside patio areas and around the foundation of our house so we called him again. Gancy and Perth were fantastic. We have/had a mice issue that a previous pest company didnt help with. Gancy and Perth were quick, knowledgable and from everything we can tell...the mice are gone. Highly recommend as mice seem to eat their poison!

I had carpenter ants coming into my house and I knew I needed help to get rid of it. I also have new born coming within the week so it was urgent. Pest Zone was super responsive and while they were fully booked, Gaunci took the effort to come himself the next day to help with extermination.

We originally called Pest Zone to look at some ants that appeared to be nesting in the stair carpet. We picked Pest Zone because they had very good reviews and a high customer satisfaction rating. Gancy responded immediately, knew what I was talking about when I described the ants with wings that didn't seem to fly. He quickly made an appointment to come deal with the problem. He was prompt, polite and really knowledgeable. It was also great that he used non-toxic chemicals so we didn't have to virtually evacuate! The house was good to go in just a few hours.
We've had problems with centipedes & spiders for years. Originally I asked Gancy if the centipedes could be dealt with as well. He explained that it was better to deal with them in spring when they begin hatching so we waited and called back in the spring. Once again Gancy promptly made an appointment to come, at that time I asked about spiders as well ... spiders seem to literally fight to be in our home. Turns out Gancy could also treat for spiders. This time due to bug habits some prep was required to expose all the potential problem areas, Gancy was very clear about what had to be moved to be ready and told us he'd handle anything we couldn't. He did three different treatments to deal with the pests in all the different ways they infiltrate. And wonder of wonders they're gone. We should have done this years ago!

Gancy is quick to respond, detail-oriented, and very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend him to others.
