I recently had engineered hardwood floors installed in my condo. The guys at Brinq construction were great. They did an amazing job. Friends/family that have seen my floors so far are so impressed, as am I. Ian (the owner) was really easy to talk to, such a nice guy and always answered my questions/texts promptly. James and Ash were the guys that installed my floor. They were the best! These guys are artists in this trade. If you get them for your job, consider yourself very lucky. James and Ash you guys should go into business for yourselves! Every time I annoyed them with a question, they would stop what they were doing and provided with an easy to understand answer (considering I know nothing about floor installation). Thanks guys! Approached them for a quote for home cosmetic reno. They provided professional, timely advice. Were organized, tech-saavy, and able to give me a good timeline for project completion. Ended up choosing a different contractor for the job, but would recommend them based on professionalism. They will go above and beyond for your project.

It's been over 10 years since I got this house, When we moved in all of the upstairs had carpet and it was disgusting. I needed to make a change so I called Ian from Brinq Constrcution, He was able to book me in for an appointment the same day and came out to my house, Once he arrived we walked around and looked at the scope of work. I couldn't thank him enough for how much he was able to help and teach me on exactly the flooring I was looking for, Ian pinpoint exactly what I was looking for and I didn't even know it! Right after we did the walk around he was able to provide me with an estimate on the spot. Not only did he act professional but he was very quick too! Once he came in I signed the proposal and he actually started what he calls his "Flooring Consultation". He asked me questions and showed me photos, He then returned the next day with a couple samples of exactly what I told him I wanted. We were able to pinpoint on exactly what colour, feel and style I was looking for within one day!! Once his team started I knew it was going to be awesome. These guys came in and clearly knew exactly what to do. I felt like I didn't have to be involved at all so I was able to sit back and relax while they got the work done and once the work was done I couldn't believe how good it looked. With the new beautiful hardwood floors and the amazing baseboards he recommend my house was completely transformed. I don't think I can say this enough but THANK YOU BRINQ!

Great work.. Completely satisfied. We needed someone to complete some work in our home before we moved in and Brinq Construction not only accommodated us but completed the work in a timely manner. Ian is honest, punctual, prompt and will accommodate where possible. The work included amongst other things, changing carpet to hardwood floors, complete bathroom reno (change out tiles, stand up showers, plumbing, new counter tops, etc.) and install 9ft French doors for our office. Ian was helpful in sourcing hardwood to match the current floors and also helped with sourcing the counter tops etc. We were most appreciative that Ian kept to the timelines and stayed within the budget. Most importantly when we called in for issues after the job was completed, Ian came in and fixed the issues in the same prompt and professional manner as he did during the project. We would also like to give a shoutout to his painter Alex who did a remarkable job. I would strongly recommend Brinq Construction for any home improvement projects.

After having watched many home renovations shows over the years, my spouse and I entered our renovation project with a healthy amount of concern. Contractor delays, sub-contractor sub-par work, short-cuts and so on were troubling as we headed into the process, given that they were so pervasive.

Ian has a ton of energy and a clear passion for his work. None of the above potential nightmares emerged for us as homeowners. Ian was always 'present' during our renovation project -- no gaps in work or communication took place.

He has aligned his company with sub-contractors of the highest order. In particular his painting contractor, 'Alex', was extremely detail-orientated which was a tremendous relief, given that he played a huge role in our renovation.

In any renovation project, problems will happen. That is neither here nor there, but rather, the response to problems is key. Any issues we had with Ian or his sub-contractors' work was sorted out promptly and with respect.
