May 2018 - It was time once again for the spring carpet cleaning and we were very fortunate to have selected Reliable Carpet & Upholstery Care Inc Excellent work performed by the technician, Gord. He was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He did a great job!! We will definitely use Reliable again.
April 2018 - We were faced with the replacement of the garage door open/close motor and asked Dodds Garage Door Systems if their service technician could come by and take a look. The technician, Rob, was able to repair instead of replace the motor. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We would certainly request him and Dodds for future work if needed.

I have been using Sunny Way Window Cleaners for several years. Never had a problem until now. Very rude service people came to do my windows and I did not hear back from the office when I called to complain. I asked them to do something extra (very small job) and they quoted me an astronomical price. I WON'T BE USING THEM AGAIN!!!
Client had 3 eggs or more splashed in three different spots (all dried up): on front brick wall, painted wooden panel under a window and one on a window that was totally covered by dried egg. Offered client price of $45.00 to clean up all three spots. He got upset. Our crew did all outside window cleaning, totally cleaned the egg from the glass. We met Sherwin from SOS Wildlife Control while he and Jamie were working at our neighbours house who had problems with squirrels going into their roof. At that time, after speaking with Sherwin we were very impressed with his professionalism and decided to animal proof our house which included all roof vents, roof pipes and side vents. As well, Sherwin placed a metal wrap around the tree branch which effectively prevents the racoons to access our roof. In addition, one location beside our back deck had recently become home to a family of rats. SOS Wildlife Control covered the den entrances with a metal mesh preventing the critters from returning ... no more rats! We are very impressed with SOS (Sherwin and Jamie). Exceptional professional in their approach in all aspects from including animal knowledge, scope of work quotation and high quality of work performed. No hesitation at all in recommending SOS to neighbours and friends.
