We went through a number of quotes for our front porch. John's quote was the most reasonable. He is a very easy person to work with, good quality workmanship. We are very happy with his work and his professionalism. Many of our neighbours have positive comment for the end result.

i got 3 quote for my roof. 2 of them are very similar but Ron from North York Roofing also offered to help process a claim with IKO for the defective existing shingles.The claim resulted in a savings of $300. The job was completed on time and on budget.

We called Paul to arrange for duct cleaning. Paul showed up on time and started with an inspection of the air ducts. Paul used a camera to check the condition of the main duct. To our surprise he advised my husband that a duct cleaning was not necessary. He gathered his equipment and loaded everything back into his truck and said no charge for the inspection! It's nice to meet an honest contractor! Big thank you to Paul.

The crew from Spring Home Heating & Cooling arrived as scheduled. They replaced my old furnace and AC unit with American Standard high efficiency equipment. An AccuClean air cleaner and Desert Spring humidifier was also included. The crew did a great job. The AC unit was mounted on a precast concrete slab which sat on a bed of crushed stone. Looked like a real professional job! The furnace installation was very tidy. All the hoses, pipes, wires, air cleaner, humidifier, controls, etc, were carefully arranged and secured. My furnace room looks so much cleaner! All the work was completed in one day. The crew cleaned up before leaving. The project manager, "Cy" dropped by after the job was complete to ask if I had any concerns. He helped us program the new thermostat and answered a few questions about the new furnace. I have no hesitation recommending this company. The installation was professional and the service was exceptional.If you are looking a new furnace, ac unit,etc, call this company and ask for Cy.

My new closet was installed as designed. No issues. Great job. They arrived as scheduled and completed the job in 3 hrs. Cleared all the debris afterwards. No hestitation to recommend this company to others. We had quotes from others, and they gave the best value.
