New furnace, air cleaner, humidifier, and air conditioner.
The crew from Spring Home Heating & Cooling arrived as scheduled. They replaced my old furnace and AC unit with American Standard high efficiency equipment. An AccuClean air cleaner and Desert Spring humidifier was also included.
The crew did a great job. The AC unit was mounted on a precast concrete slab which sat on a bed of crushed stone. Looked like a real professional job!
The furnace installation was very tidy. All the hoses, pipes, wires, air cleaner, humidifier, controls, etc, were carefully arranged and secured. My furnace room looks so much cleaner!
All the work was completed in one day. The crew cleaned up before leaving.
The project manager, "Cy" dropped by after the job was complete to ask if I had any concerns. He helped us program the new thermostat and answered a few questions about the new furnace.
I have no hesitation recommending this company. The installation was professional and the service was exceptional.If you are looking a new furnace, ac unit,etc, call this company and ask for Cy.
