I brought my Dell laptop and external hard drive to Best Buy for an upgrade to Windows 7 and to have the data backed up. The service associate seemed distracted and did not listen to my instructions. He misunderstood my request so I had to spend an extra 10 minutes explaining again what I needed. The upgrade and back-up were completed quickly but key programs were deleted and had to be reinstalled. In the past when I had a similar upgrade done on my other laptop, the Geek Squad team called me before deleting a program to ensure that I had the back-up disk to reinstall. This time, no one called me and there was very little communication. I felt the same care and effort was not put into this upgrade and the customer service I received was sorely lacking. The service associate seems far less helpful and conscientious than the team that had worked on my other computer. I will not bring my computers to Best Buy for repair again.

We purchased a flatscreen TV from Star Electronics. The salesperson was extremely helpful providing us with useful information to help us choose between a plasma and LED screen. The team that delivered and wall-mounted the TV for us were outstanding. They arrived promptly with the TV, set it up perfectly, showed us how to use the remote, cleaned up everything and were gone in under two hours. I would and already have recommended this company to many people.

The Enbridge repairman came promptly and noticed that the pipes leading from the water heater were showing extensive signs of strain and damage due to calcification. He recommended we have them replaced immediately to avoid further and more costly repairs. He arranged for workers to come to the house later that day and the entire job was completed by 5pm by a very efficient and professional team.

Our dishwasher broke on a Saturday and Global Appliance was the only company that was able to come the same day. Unfortunately the repairman did not have the part on hand to repair it right away but he returned promptly on the Monday with the right part and quickly and efficiently repaired the dishwasher. I would use this company again for appliance repair and would recommend it to friends and family.

I contacted Pesticon Pest Control when I found three mice in our kitchen. Waheed Ahmed arrived at my house within the hour and reassured me that the entry point of the mice would be located, sealed, and the mice would be disposed of. The extermination was handled extremely efficiently, promptly and with great care to inform me of the chemicals used, which I was concerned with as an expectant parent. The mice were completely eliminated in one visit and Waheed followed up to ensure everything was ok. I have already recommended this company to friends and family; their professionalism was outstanding.
