Had flashing damage from wind. They were very thorough with their assesment and had good follow up. I booked them for the job due to their reputation on Homestars and the experience so far. I would not hesitate to use again.

My parents used Cosmopolitan for their new install in mid December. The initial consultation was great with Nadeem, very personable and knowledgeable. Install was quick however some things were missed i.e. Air filter compartment was sub par as it would not close. After 3 months was noticing a fault error was being generated by the furnace. After two service technician visits issue has now been corrected. (Drainage issue due to install). The second gentleman (Mike) was great and very knowledgeable and I cannot say enough about him as he quickly diagnosed the issue and corrected accordingly. Unfortunately it had to take two visits to rectify as first tech chose to ignore the fault code and said everything was testing fine. I commend Cosmopolitan for fixing the issue and ensuring we were satisfied. I can't say anything about the A/C as we haven't had to use as of yet. Will give another review as soon as we get to test that unit as well.

This is the third time I have used Torwin for my home windows. From the consultation to the final install and review I cannot stress how impressed I am with their professionalism and workmanship. I had recently tried to have a Tankless Water heater installed in my home through this company. Unfortunately the installer advised it was not possible due to some restrictions in my basement that would require the ceiling to be cut open. I was also advised that there would be some extra cost's for ventilation due to the location of the install. The concern I have is with the Sales assosciate who came to my home and looked at where it was to was be installed. I specifically asked if it could be done without doing damage to the ceiling. His reply was yes and there should be no issues. Again, as previously described this was not the case. Therefore, due to this I was unable to go ahead with the install. I have now been trying to get a hold of someone there (Mark) after speaking with Frank (who I presume is the president) to arrange to have my $260 deposit returned. Of course no one wants to call me back. If you do decide to go with these guys i strongly suggest not giving one penny until the work is done!
