Keith was great, he came by to quote on capping a gas line at 5.30pm and in the end stayed, capped the line and helped me wrestle the fireplace out of the wall, leaving close to 8pm. Despite staying much later than planned, he remained upbeat and happy to help get the problems solved.

I have used Tony for various projects, from wiring a new bathroom, reworking old lights and taking power out to our garden shed. He does great work and has always been flexible about adding extra jobs that I think of once he is there. would recommend him without hesitation...

Having seen a number of carpenter ants in our bathroom after destroying a nest outside we called Aetna, a couple of days later they sent someone to spray the outside of the house. We haven't seen any ants in the house since and traps haven't caught any.

I have had mixed experiences with Alex at kontiki. They planted a 25ft Maple for us 2yrs ago and everything went great, the tree looks great and has grown well. This year we contacted them to do some more work in our yard, initially they put in another large tree and mover a lage shed, again everything went well. They were then to put in some interlock and regrade the lawn and plant various smaller trees and shrubs. As spring got underway the project started to slip as they got busier and eventually was rushed and the level of finish was not up the level promised. I would definitely recommend them for planting mature trees, but my experience of the landscaping was not as positive.

Spring home contacted us in spring to remind us to service our AC ahead of the summer, they came promptly and quickly service both units. Rep was professional and the AC has been working perfectly.

Last fall we heard squirrels trying to break in through our eaves and called Gates, they came promptly and solved the problem. very efficient and courteous. Moreover a couple of weeks back we noticed what looked like another hole at the opposite end of the house, the rep came out and checked but found that the hole was old and was not accessible - as there was nothing for him do do he left and didn't charge us. Excellent service both times....

We arranged for Cleara to replace 12 windows in our house, including a new bay. Roddy, the sales manager, was very helpful and was able to get to a competitive price. The windows are great and have completely changed the house, both inside and out. In general the workmanship was very good and in some places exceptional. There are a couple of niggles, as you would expect with this size of job, but Roddy has been extremely proactive at following up and sorting out any problems. All in all, a great product delivered on time by a solid crew. No issues recommending Clera.
