Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Toronto

We arranged for Cleara to replace 12 windows in our house, including a new bay. Roddy, the sales manager, was very helpful and was able to get to a competitive price.

The windows are great and have completely changed the house, both inside and out.

In general the workmanship was very good and in some places exceptional. There are a couple of niggles, as you would expect with this size of job, but Roddy has been extremely proactive at following up and sorting out any problems.

All in all, a great product delivered on time by a solid crew. No issues recommending Clera.

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Toronto

We arranged for Cleara to replace 12 windows in our house and the experience was disappointing.

The windows are fine and seem to be working, but 7 weeks later (somewhat longer than the 2 promised). I am still waiting for the correct glass to be delivered for the 2 windows after they were installed with the wrong frosting. Additionally there were no plugs provided fro the holes that were made in the casing of the picture windows.

In general the workmanship was reasonable and in some places exceptional, but there has been some damage to the walls surrounding some of the windows and it felt like they ran out of time a bit at the end and just rushed to finish.

All in all, really close to being great but in the end a bit disappointing...
