I recently got a Furnace from Enercare and having issues with them since I received my first Invoice. Pros. The technician KELSI that came to Install my Furnance was an excellent and knowledgable guy and I had one plumbing service from David and he was amazing as well. Cons. Customer service at call centers is very dissappointing and billing is a big issue, I was offered 4 months of free service and did not get my credit, I am following up with customer service and they offered me 6-month credit for the inconvenience, case was approved and I received an email confirming that, but I still haven't received my credit. I called to book a technician as water is leaking from the furnace, after waiting for repeated holds from the agent, he still couldn't figure out what I was calling about, I finally got a technician and found out that they sent the wrong technician and now I will have to rebook. I tried to send them an email and hoping to get a better response by email, lets see.

I dont know where did they get my number from and I was getting calls almost every week offering me service for unlimited duct cleaning for $100.00, finally I thought to give them a chance and they agreed to clean my Dryer Duct as well with addition of $20.00, which I agreed. they didn't show up on the first appointment they scheduled and I wasted my whole day, showed up on second appointment and as I was suspecting the technician started bargaining that ducts doesn't include your furnace and its dirty and asked me extra, tried to call the company and no answer, since he was already there and I didn't want to left things in middle, I paid what he asked but really disappointed.

I have a rental property and had issue with main drain before, hired a plumber from Kijiji and he charged me $200.00, but drain was blocked again and when I tried to contact the person and send him picture shot, he didn't took my call, so this time I called Mr Rooter upon recommendation of a friend cost me double but am impressed by the workmanship of plumber, professional, efficient and punctual, received a receipt later by email with one year warranty, I am looking forward that I will not have a blockage again.

I recently contacted few companies to get quote for upgrade, I find the salesman David a little pushy, but I had to go with the company as the quote was the best I got. Installation was completed on time, and it was installed very professionally, I got my Furnace/ AC and Tankless water Heater, I have completed the audit and looking forward for the rebates and savings, I hope I have made a good decision.

I am very impressed and satisfied with Mr. Iftikhar professionalism and job knowledge. He identified problem and provide me sufficient information and precautions to avoid the mice problem in future. He also warranty his work and assure his availability for any reoccurring issue. I also find him very accommodating as I was stuck in traffic and was late for my appointment. I definitely would recommend him and his company.

I hired them to install new kitchen in my basement and door on stairs for separate enterence, they took 50% payment in advance and 50% at the time of getting cabinets, they did a horrible job which is out of codes, there is a water leak under the sink which they temporarily fixed with duct tape, they didn't complete job and finish door and paint. when I contact them SAMI(contractor) said he have kidney problem and after few months he committed that he will come back and complete his job, but he stopped taking my calls, I am highly disappointed with the service and will not recommend them to anyone.

I have black ants issue in my living room and one bedroom for last few months, and I was very concerned because of my children, and they were really afraid and screaming when they see the ants, I tried different insect sprays which temporarily kills the ants but didn't resolve my issue until I contact Mr. Iftikhar referred to me by one of my close friend, I find him very professional and knowledgeable about his job, its been over four months and I still haven't locate a single ant and Mr. Iftikhar gave me full backup and guarantee for his services, I defiantly would recommend him and will consult him for any future issue.
