I recently got a Furnace from Enercare and having issues with them since I received my first Invoice.
Pros.
The technician KELSI that came to Install my Furnance was an excellent and knowledgable guy and I had one plumbing service from David and he was amazing as well.
Cons.
Customer service at call centers is very dissappointing and billing is a big issue, I was offered 4 months of free service and did not get my credit, I am following up with customer service and they offered me 6-month credit for the inconvenience, case was approved and I received an email confirming that, but I still haven't received my credit.
I called to book a technician as water is leaking from the furnace, after waiting for repeated holds from the agent, he still couldn't figure out what I was calling about, I finally got a technician and found out that they sent the wrong technician and now I will have to rebook.
I tried to send them an email and hoping to get a better response by email, lets see.
