Had to replace a condemned mid-efficiency with a high-efficiency on short notice. Everyone that looked at it said it would be tricky due to the positioning of the furnace and layout of the basement, and the need to run new exhaust out the side of the house. One company even told me they couldn't manage it. Len's installer got the furnace venting in without a hitch, along with the new furnace and water heater. Everything works fine and to my satisfaction. Service was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

We had some damage to one of our vents, leading to a squirrel trapped in the attic. Joe from Snap was able to repair and encase the vents in cages while attaching a one-way door to the vent with the hole. A few days later, the squirrel in the attic finally left, and he returned to remove the one-way gate and fix the remaining vent. We are now happily squirrel free and protected against further incursion. Service was prompt, efficient, effective, and overall a pleasure to deal with.

Arrived at a convenient time on schedule, diagnosed and fixed the problem. After replacing the part (busted heating element), he thoroughly cleaned the dryer throughout and made sure that everything was in working order. Professional, and courteous throughout, and followed up with us afterwards to make sure everything was fine.

Recent high winds had torn some shingles off our root onto our front yard. They arrived hours after we called, on a weekend, around when they said they would (even calling to say they'd be a few minutes late), showed us photos of the damage before starting repair. Repair cost what they said it would, and they showed us photos of the completed work. Cleaned up all debris. Very polite, courteous and professional. We would definitely recommend.
