Great experience with JSN Appliance repair. Our dryer repair went very smoothly. They were prompt and very professional!

I was using my dishwasher and after it was done, I noticed there was water leaking onto the floor in front of the door. I called to ask about what the problem might be and how to fix it. The lady who answered the phone (I didn't catch her name but she was very nice) offered for a technician to come look at it and clearly explained how the appointments/payments work. It took a few days before I heard back from them, but then Sam reached out and said he could come see my dishwasher that night. Once he arrived, Sam was great. Tested a few things and quickly figured out what the problem was. Had the whole machine fixed and running smoothly again that night. He also explained a couple things to me about my dishwasher that can help me with proper maintenance of it in the future. I would definitely call them again.

We found out our 5 yrs old LG washer was leaking. We called JSN Appliances Repair after reading the customers reviews on HomeStars. Sam was able to come to our house on the same day and told us that we needed part replacement for our washer. He gave us the price quote for the hardware and the labor pretty quick, and came back to install the part. Our washer is working perfectly now. Thank you Sam!

Sam Replaced the pump. He arrived at the specified time.
Sam tested the machine and all seemed OK.
When I started a new wash the machine wouldn't go past the rinse cycle so I phoned Sam and he told me to unplug the machine and leave off for ten minutes. Bingo!! working perfectly again.
Sam called me the next day to make sure everything was OK.
