Len and his team did a great job removing my hot water tank and boiler furnace and installing a new combi boiler. They arrived on time and worked all day and completed the job in one day. They were polite and helpful. I would recommend them anytime.

We are currently receiving Diamond Service for our heating and a/c systems. We first came across Tempasure when we had an a/c failure. Len was prompt, helpful, and reasonable. We later had Tempasure install a new furnace and a/c unit as our reached the end of their useful lives. Over the last five years or so Tempaure has been helpful, prompt and quick to respond, sometimes without costs as the time our heating was sputtering due to my not changing the filter in a timely manner! We are real fans! You will be too.

My heater kept going on and off. I reached out to Tempasure and spoke with Len, who was nothing less than exceptional in trying to troubleshoot the problem with me. He was knowledgeable, friendly and really invested in determining what the issue was. We scheduled a day and time to address the issue - which he determined was most likely a maintenance issue. Len responded promptly when we made an emergency call about a leak around the furnace. He confirmed that we had done the right things and made an appointment for checking the problem, as well as the annual maintenance, for first thing the next morning. Ty came and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the leakage problem, followed by the annual maintenance inspection. Ty was great, he was competent, professional, courteous, friendly and patiently answered any questions we had. Ive been using Tempasure for 25 years. Len and Allison treat their clients like family, rather than just a customer filling a time slot. I used them for 24 years at my first home (for eg. maintenance on furnace and air conditioner, eventually a new furnace, a tankless water heater ) and now starting with my new home. I called to book my appointment on Wednesday, and two days later I had my furnace maintenance done. Ty came and did a fantastic job. For our furnace installation we sought quotes from a number of different HVAC companies. The route for the exhaust pipe was a bit challenging so we wanted to make sure we picked someone we could rely on. Tempasure was on the more expensive side but well worth it! Len took the time to fully understand our needs and our home, and he answered all of our questions in great detail. Alison was fantastic as well - the communication and customer service is top notch!
We had some hurdles getting the exhaust pipe approved by our condo board, and Len was very helpful as we navigated that process as new homeowners. As soon as we finally did get the approval, the instalation was prompt. Harnoor was excellent - even when he encountered an unexpected water pipe he communicated everything and fixed the issue.
