I called Hoerner for a service call for my Navien combi-boiler (on demand hot water and boiler for hot water heating). The small drip I had called about turned out to have cause a much larger internal issues in my combi. Hoerner’s technicians, Matt and Nick were able to identify the problem. They were very open and clear with their explanations and I could see exactly what they were laking about. When they consulted with Navien about the specific issues, Navien replaced the whole unit under warranty. the problem out to be was very supportive and helpful Matt and through the process. Matt and Nick worked as a great team for 2 full days taking out the old unit, putting in the new unit, streamlining the piping and venting to the specs of the new unit. At all times during this process Matt and Nick did a great job keeping us in the loop- like when the water needed to be off, and answered all our questions during their work. They supplied us with an electric heater as the heat was off for 3 days. When the unit was completely reinstalled, they made sure all the rads were rebalanced and that there was heat in all areas of the house. They were very conscientious about keeping the floors of their entrance/exit pathway to the utility room protected. They did a good job tidying up when their work was finished. In short, all the staff have been exceptional - from the staff who answer the phones to the techs who worked to solve our issues!! We have called on them in the past, and will continue to do so in the future!
