George came to fix a troublesome pipe leak in my home, and I was very impressed with his exceptional service. From the moment he arrived until the job was completed, his professionalism and expertise was very apparent. In addition to George's punctuality, he demonstrated a remarkable level of cleanliness and professionalism. Great care was taken to ensure that the area where he worked was spotless, even after a messy repair job. His attention to detail and respect for my home were truly appreciated. I had carpenter ants on the outside of my house making a nest inside some bricks. My fear was that eventually they'd eat through some wood, drywall and come inside. Pesticon sent Jason out to take care of the problem. Jason showed up on time and without any trouble took care of the problem. He took time to explain why these ants were there and how his treatment would eliminate them. He also told me he'd come a check in a few weeks to make sure they didn't come back, so far it's all good. I find Pesticon very convenient to deal with and has very knowledgeable staff like Jason. Highly recommended.

The lock on our front door was getting stuck and has progressively gotten worse to the point where we could barely open and close it. Dimitri came out within the hour and replaced our door latch with a much better part than was originally installed. Our door now works better than ever. We found him very prompt, professional and priced very reasonably. Highly recommended!!

MJ and Aiman came to my house to clean our ducts and dryer vent. They did a great job at cleaning, disinfecting and deodorizing everything . They were prompt, professional, careful and courteous working in our home. The place smells so much cleaner and weve noticed a drastic reduction in dust. Our windows were over 25 years old and in need of replacement. After careful evaluation of several window companies we chose Magic. It's been over a couple of weeks now since all of our 24 windows were replaced and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience from Magic. Though it took a while, with supply chain issues and such, they still held to the date promised. Our salesman Alex did an excellent job of making sure we were satisfied from start to finish. The installers were very fast and well experienced in their craft. We had a minor issue with a few of the roll away screens being a bit tight. Magic immediately sent out Ron and then Milap to adjust them. I've never been so impressed with after sales/installation support as this. I really feel like we're in good hands should anything come up that needs addressing. We love the windows, rollaway screens and blackouts are great! Our house is so much quieter too with reduced street noise. Also, that crank is gone, thankfully, I don't care what the competition claims, cranks are just bad design and a big issue waiting to happen. I strongly recommend Magic! David Wasserman.

David did an excellent job restoring 2 shower stalls in our house. There was a fair bit of mold and mildew and he was able to bring it back to new. David showed up on time and was did a great job cleaning everything up. He also took the time to explain to us on how to properly maintain them going forward so we don't have this problem again. I am very pleased with the excellent service I received from 911 Appliance Repair Services. We just finished a major kitchen renovation and I had them install a brand new hood fan and hook up my gas oven. They were very professional, arrived on time and took great care in my house so as not to scratch or dirty any new surfaces such as my new counters and floors. The installation was completed within the quoted time and I am very pleased with how beautiful it looks. They took the time to walk me through how the fan works and cleaned up everything perfectly. Pricing was honest and fair. I'd definitely highly recommend the services of this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Greg came out to our house to restore 2 shower stalls. 1 was worse than the other, but he brought them back to brand new. He and his staff were able to clean off all the mold that was collecting under the caulking and all build up on the tiles and grout. He then recaulked and sealed the tiles so that we don't have this problem again. Both my wife and I are very happy with the quality of work, promptness, cleanliness and professional manner in which this work was done. We highly recommend this company for any tile and grout restoration job!

We hired Especially Doors to replace 4 sets of Exterior French Doors (8 doors in total). 1 set was the front door, the other 3 were for the back of the house and a Juliet balcony. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire process from beginning to end. Jeff was very patient and accommodating, helping us pick out the best doors for our house. He worked hard to get us good quality doors at the best price possible. Gill installed the doors and is very skilled at his craft. He addressed all our requests and was very meticulous and detailed. Both these gentlemen have been in the business for several years and know exactly what they are doing. They are very customer service oriented and come highly recommended.

Our 20 year old fireplace stopped working this year. We originally had another company try to restore and repair it. They were unable to get it working again and told us we'd need to buy a brand new fireplace. We decided to get a second option and were very pleased that Imran was able to repair the fireplace for a fraction of the cost of a new one. He even made it better than ever by putting in better parts that allow us to control the fire on low, med, high settings. We found Imran to be professional, on time and kept everything tidy. We had a loud noise and a burning smell coming from our nearly 20 year old dryer. I called Steve after reading good reviews on Homestars and he certainly lives up to his excellent reputation. We had Delta Security install an upgraded alarm system with self monitoring via the internet for our home. Dave came over and did a great job. He was prompt, professional and got the job done quickly. He took the time out to show me how the system worked and tested it thoroughly. Based on great reviews on Homestars I called out Public Plumbing to get a quote on a broken sump pump. Mike came out and was a pleasure to deal with. He found that we have 2 sump pumps and both needed replacing. He also advised us well to get a backwater valve and helped us with everything including saving us big bucks with city rebates, making the cost a fraction of what's posted here. Mike ran into some challenges as he was digging for the backwater valve. He discovered another potential problem that was easily remedied with little added cost. He got through any challenge by calling in other experts from Public Plumbing and together they we're able to get me exactly what I needed done. I've never seen a company do such a messy job, but keep the place so clean and intact, I really couldn't believe it. They completely respect your home and always show up on time and behave in the most professional manner. I will be using Public Plumbing for all future plumbing needs and highly recommend them. Ask for Mike, he's a heck of a nice guy and knows his stuff!

Due to an accident my garage door was smashed in and no longer functional. I read excellent reviews on this company and had decided to call them. Just as the reviews read, they are absolutely terrific. Nazar came right out that evening and accessed the damage. He was able to come out the next day and perform a miracle of actually making that smashed in door functional again until we got a new one. They ordered in a new garage door for us and installed it perfectly. They offered excellent advice on the purchase and only had us replace what was necessary without wasting any of our money. I had the pleasure of dealing with both Nazar and Oleg throughout the experience and they conducted themselves in a polite, professional and prompt manner. The installation of the new door went without issue, they took away the old one and cleaned up nice after themselves. I'm extremely pleased with this company and I highly recommend them, will not hesitate to use them again in the future myself.

We had a wasp nest in a hard to reach area. Pesticon came out, were punctual and quickly took care of our problem. We found them pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable and professional. Charlie did and absolute excellent job on installing a new chandelier in my dining room. He accurately estimated the time and effort. He came promptly and worked professionally. After having SGT replace our bathroom countertops with granite last year there was no doubt we’d call them back to do our Kitchen counters. Once again we’re extremely pleased with SGT. We first had Gustavo help us pick the perfect slab of granite. He then made arrangements very promptly to have Nick come out to measure. Once again Nick did a fantastic job. He made some recommendations that we loved and hadn’t thought of ourselves. Jan was a pleasure to deal with again as well. Kurt and Victor installed everything flawlessly. We called Adrian out to install our new kitchen faucet. We had our counters and sink replaced so it was a fairly involved hookup, replacing several parts. Adrian was super-efficient, professional and experienced. He cleaned everything up perfectly after he was done, unheard of with other plumbers I’ve dealt with in the past. We will definitely call upon his services again in the future for all our plumbing needs. I highly recommend Adrian.

My wife an I found Select Granite at the Toronto Home Show in the fall while scoping out new countertops in all 4 of our bathrooms. We compared them to several other companies and found that they seemed the most knowledgeable and best priced. Now that it's all done we couldn't be happier with the results. Gustavo gave us great advice and helped us pick out gorgeous material. Nick came out and very meticulously measured everything and gave us great advice on how our sinks would fit in. We had 3 gentlemen come out to install it and they did it quickly, cleaned up nicely and best of all did an amazing job fitting it all together. Jan coordinated everything so well and is a pleasure to deal with. We shopped around quite a bit and every other company was either more expensive or less experienced than SGT, most cases, both. Save yourself some time and talk to these guys first, you won't regret it. I rarely write reviews like this, but both my wife and I are so impressed, I felt compelled to do so. We look forward to having SGT back when we do our kitchen counters!
