When our new boiler was installed, the gas was shut off. We couldn't get the fireplace to ignite.

Called Imran six days before Christmas and he wasn't sure but he said he would try. He ended up getting back to me quickly and said he would come on a Sunday!

When he got here, he put a blanket down to protect my rug and dismantled everything very carefully. I noticed how gently he took everything out and cleaned the parts.

He explained what happened and pointed out the problem which I think is great.

He also added a material that looks like realistic glowing embers and gives an added depth to the fire.

I will have Imran back on an annual basis - his work ethic is awesome! I highly recommend him.

We have used Imran’s services since 2013 when our fireplace would not work in our new condo.
He came on January 2, the day we left a message on his phone. He fixed the problem and cleaned the fireplace and all components impeccably. We then asked him to do regular annual maintenance in 2017, 2018, 2019.
You only want to deal with real professionals when it comes to any gas appliance.
Imran is one of these professionals: knowledgeable in his field, courteous, always on time if not early, and his work area is spotless when he leaves.
This year, I got a bonus: he discovered that my vent was in the process of disconnecting, which means that we could have ended as statistics in the records of death by carbon monoxide. He also suggested that we could have a remote to start, stop, program the fireplace, which we decided to buy as an added convenience.
Thank you Imran, for your thorough inspection of the fireplace and ALL its components, not merely cleaning and servicing the mechanical parts.
This reinforces my resolve to have an annual checkup of the fireplace, so that I can sleep easy at night, AND wake-up in the morning!

My Gas fireplace stopped working, I found Imran from internet since he has been highly recommended. From retrospect, I think I made a good decision. Imran came to my house, checked the fire place, he saved the old parts for another 1-2years, fixed my fire place by a thorough cleaning. He saved me a lot of money from the service. I appreciate his working ethics and honesty, I will call nobody but him for future service or repairs.

We called Imran after reading positive reviews on this site. We were not disappointed. I enjoyed watching and learning as Imran explained what he was doing and why. (We needed a new sensor.) I could see Imran's dedication and commitment to his work. When he left, the house was spotless and the fireplace looked like new! I would absolutely recommend!

Imran is amazing! My 12++ year old fireplace has been giving me trouble for a while and he was able to diagnose the issue almost before he sat down. He was extremely professional, meticulous, and considerate of my living space taking care to keep the area clean and protected around my fireplace. He replaced the parts that needed it, took the time to show me in detail what was wrong, how he was going to repair it with the correct parts he had on hand , and then cleaned every inch thoroughly. It looks like I just installed a new fireplace. Imran will be the only person I call in future.

Brought in Imram for a tune up, clean up etc... Fireplace looks and works better than new! He was on time and explained everything he was doing and showed us what was going on. he even cleaned up our remote. I highly recommend Imran.

We had bad experiences with 2 other Fireplace maintenance outfits. They broke parts and all left us with very uneasy feelings about our 2 fireplaces.
Found Imran's number on an old business card inside one of the fireplaces and called him right away. Should have called him first. He came and provided us with the comfort level we required to operated a safe unit. Replaced sensors and performed a much needed cleaning in addition to painting the inner core. Both are now looking and operating like new. He restored our faith in service and most important taught us everything we needed to know about fireplace operation.

Moved into a new unit with gas fireplace never been used as it had been installed incorrectly. Fortunately I had used Imran before and knew who to call. My fireplace was repaired in no time at all by Imran an experienced expert who is a pleasure to know. There is only one person to call when you have a problem with your gas fireplace. Very professional and knowledgeable. After diagnosis IE had all the parts in his car required to rebuild our 17 yo fireplace which had not worked for the last 2 years. Never turn off the pilot light as this will cause condensation problems in the valve housing. The entire job took 3.5 hours and well into the evening. The reassembly of the fire box now also has a much more interesting flame display! Mr. IE takes great pride in his work and left his work space spic and span to the delight of any home owner. Previous technician suggested replacing the wall switch which of course had nothing to do with the lack of function.

20 year old Gas fireplace cannot hold the pilot light when the switch is released. Imran came and identified the parts that needed replacement. Installed the new parts, serviced and cleaned the fireplace. A lot cheaper than replacing the entire fireplace.

Would recommend Imran if you have gas fireplace problems or need to service and clean your gas fireplace
