while a dead gas ignitor was the reason for the call, Evgeny uncovered a worse problem...the gas stove that we have used since we moved in ~15 years ago had NOT BEEN CORRECTLY INSTALLED ! Shoddy work which those people had to know was against code . Thank you for fixing it !

We were very pleased with Evgeny's work on our dryer today. He answered our call yesterday and had the work done by early afternoon today. He spent the time going through what needed to be done and then completed the job thoroughly. He also capped a gas line left from the previous owners and we are glad that he was able to do this. Evgeny is a true professional, highly skilled and with an intelligent troubleshooting approach. He came twice, first to determine the possible cause and second to replace the main board and user interface boards but unfortunately the defect is within the internal wiring that cannot be accessed due to the poor design of my Frigidaire product. Evgeny was very knowledgeable and professional. My Miele dishwasher broke and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. He even fixed another problem that I had with my Samsung fridge in the same visit. I have had other appliances that needed repair in the past. Evgeny answered my call on a Sunday and came on the same day. He diagnosed the problem and defrosted my fridge (so I can use it immediately). He then ordered the part and fix the fridge within the same week. He was very professional and explained everything clearly to me so I understand the issue. He also cleaned up afterwards as well. He explained exactly what was wrong with machine and gave us the options to repair. (inevitably it was the transmission which he recommended not worthwhile for an old machine.
