This last week I used PREMIUM Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning to clean a small area rug and an extremely dirty microsuede couch. This last weekend my furnace went down. I contacted McKinley Heating immediately and was informed that someone would contact me asap. Taran came out to look at my furnace and diagnosed the problem immediately. Taran did not have the part that was needed but was able to get it and install it the following day. Taran communicated the problem very well and had the product installed within the estimated time. I would recommend McKinley heating to anyone I know!

We purchased two couches from the Brick last year, we were not impressed with the sales persons at the store but the Cindy Crawford couch that we were looking at was put together really well. We didn't receive much of a discount either because they were Cindy Crawford couches so that was an issue. But the quality couldn't be beat at any other furniture store we went to.

We moved into our house last year and had Sears Home Service steam clean our carpets prior to moving in. They gave us details instructions to have the areas cleared of all items prior to cleaning. The guy showed up and worked efficiently and effectively. He was done in the timeframe mentioned and the carpets were cleaned really well.

It was a very easy process and the clerk at the desk quickly went back and picked up the item so I could pay for it. He also asked if there was anything else I needed and was happy to assist if there was. I've always shopped at Bestbuy and have never had and issue. I also bought my tv here last year, no issues

AZ Alarms is also an authorized dealer EZ Flow Central Vac, one of the best central vacuum systems in Canada. I contacted the owner and informed him that we needed a central vacuum installation. He came by gave us a reasonable quote and gave us a specific time and date for installation. He was thorough with his quote and pricing and he was very honest. The installation went well and there was no concerns. Art the owner was excellent and was pleasant to deal with. He fully guaranteed his product and installation.

When we were looking at getting a deck built on our recently purchased home, we had a specific idea of what we were looking for. We showed Kevin what we wanted and it was not really specific to our location. He was able to look at what we showed him and make it work for our location. Prior to the build and during the build Kevin and his crew were extremely professional and were prompt on answering all our questions. Kevin followed all proper permits and procedures during the build. We were extremely happy with the the outcome and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had Lutech install a gas line for my BBQ and for newly purchased appliances. They were eficient and the prices for installation was very reasonable based on the estimates I received. They explained how to set up the gas BBQ and the parts I needed.

In the spring I had a leak in my upstairs hallway. I had a look around in the attic but couldn't determine where the leak was coming from. I was extremely frustrated and contact Matt at Barnyards Roofing. He made the time that week to come over give me an estimate and talk about the problems. Luckily it was a few shingles that had been removed but the roof had a few issues and he repaired the flashing and other areas. Extremely pleasant and honest. When my house needs a new roof he will be the first one I call!

We were having issues with our dryer door because it was not closing properly. We contacted the Whirlpool technician who promptly arrived within a couple of days. He was extremely helpful and explained the problem to my wife. He quickly fixed the door and asked my wife if she had any other concerns with the Whirlpool products. Great company with repair technicians that stand behind the product.

Last February I knew I had to replace my heating and air conditioner units. I called a "local" heating company because it was they were referred to me by a friend. In the end the company never did the job and it was a horrible experience. I contacted AtlasCare right after and received nothing but amazing service. Friendly, honest, and informative. The individuals who came to do the work were efficient and were helpful with explaining the product. Overall a great experience.
