The installer (Tim) arrived promptly at the scheduled time/date. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He completed the install in about 5 hours with minimal disruption to myself or my family. The install itself was very clean and efficient. Tim showed my how everything worked and made sure I was satisfied with the job. The heater has been working flawlessly and has brought much needed warmth to my garage!
