We noticed our fridge stopped working late Thursday night and called Ayman early Friday morning. He was able to make an appointment for us that day. Ayman quickly assessed the problem (a broken switch) while keeping me informed that it could have been the compressor which would require buying a new fridge. We appreciated the honesty. All of this was accomplished with a great attitude, he genuinely enjoys his work of helping fix appliances for people. Our fridge was fixed within a half hour. Excellent work.

A company that truly cares about service. Originally, I had tried to replace a switch (in a 4 way circuit) in my bedroom that had stopped working. That ended up with me making an emergency call to Solutions Electrical to fix another light switch that had stopped working due to my screwing up the wiring. They promptly fixed that problem. Frank (the owner) and Joe came back to fix my original problem of the failed switch in the 4 way circuit. This was quite complicated with the new Insteon switches. They quickly figured out the wiring for the 4 way circuit and then figured out the programming to make all the lights work together. They made sure everything was working and cleaned up. There courteous, competent and quick service are why myself and others highly recommended them.

Installed 10 years ago with virtually no problems. Last couple months we experienced less power than usual. Susan at Vacuflo was really helpful explaining about cleaning the motor guard screen which fixed our problem. Instead of going ahead with an unnecessary service call, Susan saved us money and time with her helpful advice (as well as the instructional youtube video). We are very happy with this system as it works well and there is almost no maintenance except to clean out the bucket every once in a while (and, I guess, to clean the motor guard screen every decade).

The service was punctual, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Unfortunately for us, he found a crack in our furnace which meant that we had to replace the furnace. The cost of the furnace inspection was reasonable.

We decided on Reliable Home Comfort because of their straightforward sales approach. They gave me the facts about the furnaces and their prices without hiding extra costs. As with other reviewers, I found the two Rob’s to be professional, courteous, punctual and knowledgeable. There was a small problem with the installation that was immediately attended to – customer service is actually practiced in this company.

The main spring on our garage door was broken. They came on time and replaced with a new spring. I have not had any problems since. The price was a little high, but I am still a satisfied customer.

Had the windows cleaned. They did a good service with the windows cleaned on the outside. They were on time and it was a reasonable price for a two-storey house.

Had the lawn care program for this year. The service was excellent from the company. They were punctual, followed-up with calls and did what they said they would do. I guess I didn't follow up on some overseeding that they suggested so my lawn did not flourish as I had hoped. Price was reasonable.

I had a problem re-installing Windows onto an older computer. I was not able to get into the bios through normal methods. This problem was solved, allowing me to reinstall Windows. The service was efficient and quick, while the price was reasonable.

All-Tech Electronics came in and diagnosed the tv problem quickly. They gave a quote on the spot and the tv was fixed when the part arrived. Good, quick service and the tv still works 5 years later.

Smart Roofing installed a new roofing system over our entire house. We had no problems with the service from the salesperson to the roofers. Of course you will have to pick up nails for a few months, but they did a pretty good job. Everything seems to be fine for our roof and hopefully we don't have to use the guarantee.

We have been with the Monitoring Centre for about 10 years. They have given quality service for a very reasonable price. Once, they were not able to reach us in time to call off a false alarm, but it was more our fault as we are not dedicated cell phone users.

Had a garage door opener installed. The job was done on-time. It was a competent, quality job. Very reasonable rates. Steve will do everything to ensure the job gets completed.
