Ravi was amazing. Effective, efficient, great client acumen. Our washing machine wasn't draining, and we had 3 loads of laundry that needed to be done on an urgent basis. Ravi came within 24 hours, and within 30 minutes replaced the pump. Honest and practical. I have been using Rick's services for over 10 years, and he and his son Ravi are absolutely the best in the business!!!! They are my go-to company for ALL appliance repairs!!!

Alex is professional, responsive, and very personable. Most importantly, his technical work is STELLAR! We had a long, fairly wide and deep crack in our granite counter and he made it look as good as new. Just amazing attention to detail, and very efficient. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of stone/granite repair. STELLAR work!

I called Alex and he responded within 25 minutes. Will was at my door the next morning at 9 am sharp (I stressed that it wasn't super urgent, but even then they were here bright and early). Alex was very clear and cordial on the phone. Highly responsive. Will is a thorough gentleman. He explained each aspect of the job to me, and even provided me some invaluable general plumbing for the rest of the home. It is VERY difficult to find plumbers who have BOTH client acument and technical proficiency, and Will has BOTH. Best plumbers we've used thus far, and we've used a lot. Highly recommended!!!!

Dream Pools and Sterling (owner) provided us with stellar service in the summer of 2020. This was our very first pool experience and Sterling had the perfect combination of technical expertise and client acumen. His team is effective, efficient, cordial and very client-friendly. The technical and aesthetic quality of the work, from the structure to the liner to the lighting and electronics, were all phenomenal. The real value-add, however, that differentiates Sterling from the rest of the pack is his client-service and responsiveness AFTER the pool had been installed. From holding a 3 hour “pool school” teaching session for our whole family, to responding to texts and calls quickly if we ever had a question when we were using the pool, Sterling and Dream Pools ensure that they are always available to help you as you learn how to use and maintain your new pool. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is a first-time pool owner — 5 stars across the board!!!! UPDATE: In the summer of 2021, we were running into some of the typical cleaning/maintenance issues that all new pool owners face. Sterling backed up his product with 100% all-star service. He came to our home and spent a chunk of the afternoon walking through all key maintenance items in the pool system. It was tremendously insightful and extremely thorough. Top marks to Dream Pools for backing up their product and always being there for their clients! Much appreciated!!

Shower in bathroom wasn't giving adequate pressure. Cartridge needed to be replaced. Tom was great! Came back several times to help us in finding the right cartridge (this was a very specific brand), and then made sure he installed it correctly. He was very diligent. Great company, great service, great work!!! These are my go-to plumbers from now on!

Absolutely stellar service all around from Aaron!!! Fixed a backyard faucet that was leaking into our basement. Efficient, super polite, great at communicating the problem and the solution.
