Reliance Home Comfort

I called Reliance on Monday due to a problem with our hot water being inconsistent. Jason Mitruk came on Tuesday. He looked at it knew exactly what was wrong, he replaced the part, explained the issue and was very friendly.

I'm on the comfort plan,John the service tec. was great...assessed the situation,made the call,replaced the parts....furnace works great now...I recommend the comfort plan to all!!!.....the $15 a month is well worth it.

My water heater broke down and we weren't able to get hot water. Reliance sent over a repair guy the very next day and overall I am quite satisfied. Chris did a wonderful job and was professional , friendly and explained what repairs he had done to the water heater.

Called Reliance service at 1pm. was told they would come between 1 & 5 pm. They got here at 4pm. The service man did not have the defective piece on hand to change. Had to order. Was told the part would be delivered to me today but not sure what time. I was to call the servixe dept when I received it and they would send the service guy back. Was told depending on the arrival of this piece, the furnace would be fiexd tonight or tomorrow the latest. I told the guy I couldn't go all night with no heat. He left went and picked up the piece at another location, came back and installed it. I was very appreciative of his dedication to service this customer. I moved into a new house as a first time home owner and realized my hot water didn't work. I called Reliance, Joe Green came and he fixed it in a few minutes, changed the valve, etc. and also provided me meaningful advice on how to take good care of all my appliances. Thanks Joe!

Joe Green a very nice individual came to perform a service for my tankless water heater. He was a very friendly and kind person whom I would recommend to anybody to get their product fixed.

Had Derek, from reliance come by to inspect my furnace. He was very polite and explained everything he was doing step by step. Didn't cut any corners and was at my house longer then any other service man. Thanks reliance and thank you Derek.

Jonathan Cain made quick and efficient work of replacing our rusting water heater. He was informative about the work he did, left our home tidy after his job and even whistled some Christmas tunes while finishing his work.

Since moving into this townhouse I have had to call Reliance annually at least once each winter. Each time we get a snow fall with winds from the South East only. Result is that the outdoor air intake design allows snow to accumulate and there is no way for the home owner to prevent it. The design is approx. 20 yr. old units. Finally we are forced to wait until we run out of hot water and await Reliance to clear out the obstructive snow accumulation, and relight the pilot light...usually we only need to go without for 24 hr. This time our Reliance repairman was a tremendous help and after calling for more information with relation to our particular home site...was able to arrange for a new hot water tank to be installed with a modern air duct system which should prevent future needs to call for lack of hot water due to the out-dated system. We are thrilled and look forward with anticipation to our new hot water tank.

my phone experience was brutal, the guy promised me a solution yesterday and support would contact me in 20min...... 2 hrs later I called back to find out that no one is coming.....I requested to speak to a supervisor " mary" she was tooo busy to speak with me so they took down my number and again promised that with in 20min I would be contacted by "mary"... im still waiting. My home service was great. Richard podzorski was quick polite and helped me to get hot water wich is all im really interested in. I also had service a few months ago the gentelmans name was brad he also did excellent job here.
I am still miffed regarding my experience yesterday with your phone staff and I would still like follow up if that is possible, my name is ryan 647-5020-6468
