my phone experience was brutal, the guy promised me a solution yesterday and support would contact me in 20min...... 2 hrs later I called back to find out that no one is coming.....I requested to speak to a supervisor " mary" she was tooo busy to speak with me so they took down my number and again promised that with in 20min I would be contacted by "mary"... im still waiting. My home service was great. Richard podzorski was quick polite and helped me to get hot water wich is all im really interested in. I also had service a few months ago the gentelmans name was brad he also did excellent job here. I am still miffed regarding my experience yesterday with your phone staff and I would still like follow up if that is possible, my name is ryan 647-5020-6468

What could this company do to improve their services?
don't miss lead to your customers and follow up with them. every person that signs up with reliance most likely had someone come to their door and "sell" them on the product. I refused numerous times but the guy wouldn't leave so eventually I signed up cause it was easier then begging this guy to leave my door step. if oyu are going to go door to door and sell your product you should really back it up, up to this point I really regret my reliance decision
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
