Rico and his team installed a new Heat Pump and Furnace in our downtown Toronto home. The property layout made for a complicated install, and after speaking with many other companies that either gave much higher quotes, or said they couldn't do the work, I contacted Rico who came out within a few hours and provided a detailed (and the most competitive!) quote.

The install was scheduled a few weeks later, and went great. The installer was able to run lines through tight spaces that other installers said wasn't possible, and everything was nice and clean, and Rico was very responsive throughout the process to answer my questions.

Just my luck my furnace went down on Christmas Eve night. Tried to contact a few companies and the only one that responded was the team at Avenue Air Systems. They came within the hour and unfortunately it was beyond repair. They recommended a new furnace and to my surprise they were able to install it the next day, which was Christmas morning.
