My air conditioner was not running properly. It was making a very loud noise that was disturbing most of my neighbors. I called Avenue air systems and they responded to me promptly. They sent out a service man as soon as he could to help rectify the problem. Their prices were very fair, and comparable to other quotes that I have received. Ill push this company above and beyond the rest, is that even during a heat wave they were able to service my air conditioner very quickly!

Other companies were not able to match the speediness of their response or service. I will 100% recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

The service man was great, a very nice man to deal with. He made the entire process simple and affordable. He explained everything clearly, did the job efficiently and I was so happy with my experience. I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs an installation!

Fast and friendly

Had a water leak in the furnace and wasn't sure what was causing it. Avenue Air dispatched someone to diagnose it within a day, at the exact scheduled time. They called before they came so I was ready, and diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour (it was a clogged drain). They were very easy to work with and communicate with, which is always appreciated. Thanks.
