Hired because Juan seemed like a good guy.
He didnt read the RFP or the chat well, and misquoted, meaning I had an angry subcontracted worker show up at my house who wanted to renegotiate the deal. Juan took responsibility and paid for the difference.
The worker was otherwise pleasant, but did an incomplete job (wouldnt trim door so it would close) and then tried to tell me and Juan that trimming the door was not a reasonable expectation of a door install.

I had reached out to Homestars for cleaning and restoration of the color of the grout and the tiles in kitchen. From the start, Juan (Romy Tile and Carpet Cleaning) has been very focussed, patient and exceptionally professional in dealing with the requirement. He even accommodated a last minute addition that I brought up when he came to clean. I would reuse his services again when needed and would recommend him to others as well.

Juan did an amazing job cleaning the kitchen ceramic tile and sealing the grout, as well as cleaning our basement carpet and removing all of the old stains. He responded promptly to our request and was able to schedule us in quickly. The price for the job was quite fair as well. I would definitely recommend Romy Tile and Carpet Cleaning Services!

I believe in promoting small business that does good work. I hired this company to clean the beige-colour carpet in the family room. Juan came with a big shampoo machine that required plugging into 3 different outlets. It was indeed quite powerful. All the stains were gone, and the carpet was cleaned thoroughly. I didn't use his detergent because I am sensitive to chemicals. My natural detergent worked out perfectly in his machine. He did not rush through the job and stayed here for 1.5 hrs to clean a 14' x 16' carpet. He also helped me move the furnitures. I will hire him again next year.

Juan called me to arrange, and he had great communication with me the whole time. He was punctual, and did the job quickly. I am very pleased with the results, and would have him come back again!
