Maybe good for tiles, not good for doors

Hired because Juan seemed like a good guy.
He didnt read the RFP or the chat well, and misquoted, meaning I had an angry subcontracted worker show up at my house who wanted to renegotiate the deal. Juan took responsibility and paid for the difference.
The worker was otherwise pleasant, but did an incomplete job (wouldnt trim door so it would close) and then tried to tell me and Juan that trimming the door was not a reasonable expectation of a door install.
Juans a good guy. Just dont agree to a subcontract
