I hired 5 Star when the new sofa I received had some marks on it. I hired 5 Star to clean the stops, which they were able to remove, plus used their fibre protection service for all of the new furniture I had delivered. They were prompt, knowledgeable and reliable.

To me, being professional is a key matter. whatever service I'm going to get, I check if they are master on the issue before going any further. Based on the info. I got, I realized that the 5 Star should be a good choice for water damage problem I'd faced and I would say, they were just great. Following the related standards, they managed the situation very well and explained everything including Dos and Don'ts to fix the area.
