I reached out to Orella group with a concern I had regarding a leak. They worked to accommodate my schedule even though they were fully booked. Came out and provided excellent advice and assurance. Won't hesitate to reach out again should the need arise.

I had a leak in my shower faucet which needed the cartridges replaced. Orella Group was busy, but found time to fit me in to resolve the issue. Jack was a very professional and knowledgeable young man. He replaced the cartridges and answered all of my questions. The cost for the service was very reasonable. I highly recommend Orella Group.

Orella Group helped with replacing some old and broken vanities in a basement washroom. They were able to source fixtures for cheaper and they installed them for me. The team were very friendly and felt like family.

Justin and Nathan from the Orella Group installed a backwater Valve through the city of Hamilton's Protective Plumbing Program. They also replaced the main drain, installed a floor drain, and roughed in a laundry tub. They were very friendly and professional and completed the job on time and on budget.

Orella installed a back-water valve in our basement. There was an issue initially with the installation, the details of which are not worth going into as they addressed it promptly, courteously, and professionally. The final product was excellent, and all the staff were pleasant to deal with, from head office to the installation team. They are a company with integrity and I would definitely recommend them.
