Easy to work with from initial contact to final service

Electricians review in Hamilton

They reached out to me and were very easy to book a service call with. When the service provider came he was so friendly and provided all the information I needed to make a decision. I decided to go with them for the job, installing a water line to my refrigerator, and it was done very quickly and he did a great job. No complaints, will contact them again for future work.

Ceiling leak and faucet replacement

Master bathroom tub was slow to drain. Had a leak from the ceiling. Malcolm gave a step by step plan on how to figure out the leak.
Replaced a few items but leak was still there.
Last resort was remove part of ceiling. Malcolm found the issue. A crack in the trap was causing the leak. Installed a new one, the leak is now gone. He also replaced our kitchen faucet.
Malcolm is very knowledgeable and kind. He explained every step he was taking. My husband and I knew we were in very capable hands. We will definitely be having Malcolm back to the house for any of our future plumbing needs.!!

Leak in shower faucet

I had a leak in my shower faucet which needed the cartridges replaced. Orella Group was busy, but found time to fit me in to resolve the issue. Jack was a very professional and knowledgeable young man. He replaced the cartridges and answered all of my questions. The cost for the service was very reasonable. I highly recommend Orella Group.

Bathroom Renovation

Orella Group helped with replacing some old and broken vanities in a basement washroom. They were able to source fixtures for cheaper and they installed them for me. The team were very friendly and felt like family.
