I have two Pfister faucets in the bath tub those were installed few years ago. Recently these faucets started leaking. Mr. Malcom visited my house and had a look on these faucets.
As cartridges need to be replaced, he ordered the required parts , kept following up with the company and kept me updated regularly. Once the parts arrived he fixed the issue in no time.
Mr. Malcom is reliable, professional and friendly. He arrived on time as scheduled and provided some insight as to what was needed and made recommendations.
