Had a leaking faucet in shower. The plumber came on time and finished the work to my satisfaction. Excellent service and highly recommend. No upselling of service or dragging it out.

Adam was amazing! He was very professional, kind, and polite and was able to easily explain and resolve the issue! I had a leaking sink and shower and its perfectly functional now. I highly recommend!!

We recently moved and had a new washing machine coming. Foolishly I waited until the last minute to disconnect and move the old machine; when I did I realized that the water shut off tap was old and broken. I could not shut off the water unless I shut down the entire house. I placed a call to Orella (based on strong Home Stars reviews) and got a prompt call from their office and then the nearest plumber. Communication was efficient and courteous and I had new taps that actually turned the water on and off within an hour. Professionalism and courteous throughout, I cannot say enough about the great service!

Jason was fantastic from the get go. I called in looking to get someone to come out in the next couple of days. Jason was able to get me someone at my property within 1.5 hrs. The tech on site diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 1 hr. We have hot water running and we will definitely use this company moving forward for any projects.

Coordinating someont to come in quickly was professionally handled. Office staff returned call very quickly. Staff members that came to install the bathroom toilet were very pleasant, tidy and professional.

The scheduling was efficient, I did not have to wait long to get my work donr, the workmanship quality was excellent, and the service was polite and helpful

We were more than pleased with master plumber Mike Blaney and his associates Justin and Jason from Orella Group who efficiently and expertly completed all necessary re-plumbing in our powder room renovation - repositioning toilet, vanity, water lines and associated drains - as well as correcting mistakes made by a previous plumbing company. Great communication, personable and professional at all times, making sure final fit and finish exceeded our expectations. Time from telephone initial contact to work completion was an amazingly quick 11 days, following all necessary Covid precautions. We would highly recommend this Group for any residential plumbing needs.

Mike and Justin were prompt with getting here when they said they would, and were thorough with their explanations as they completed the work to my satisfaction. I have used the for about 3 different jobs now, and will definitely continue using their services.
