I googled the company I got a call in a very short space of time it was a weekend and the contractor was out on calls and gave me a time window of to expect him at my address the gentleman - Charlie came within the specified time after checking the problem explained it gave me a cost estimate and fixed it.and I was extremely happy with the service start to finish I was charged a very nominal cost as it was a simple procedure and as they were out on calls did not charge me extra for the weekend a big thank you and wish you the best
