Paid service charges. Technician did not know what is causing the problem. He requested to do service for $270 which may fix the issue but he is not sure that it will be fixed, and if not fixed after that he can replace parts for another $170 !
I refused to allow him do anything while he does not know what he is doing and is just tossing a coin. It was clear that he is not professional, he remove some external cover that I found he replaced it in the opposite direction after he left!
Do NOT use this company, very unprofessional

Abhay recalled the power cord on their dishwashers. Abhay gave me several repair vendor options. I chose Appliance Repair Crew Inc. based on their homestars reviews. I was not disappointed. Jass was prompt, meticulous and friendly. The whole replacement was less than 20 minutes. I asked him some non-related questions about my dishwasher which he eagerly answered.

My 1 year old out of warranty Microwave quit and replacing the fuse just blew another fuse. Long story short Abhay found and fixed the problem the same day at a fair price.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Everything on their website is completely opposite of what they promise. When booking I was told there was a first time $25 coupon that would be applied. Once the technician got to my place he opened the stove to mislead me telling me it would cost me $270 to fix. After putting the stove back it still didnt work and the. Proceeded to tell me he needed to order a part that would cost $640? Technician was very rude and was very argumentative as I kept telling him he mislead me and now Im stuck paying $300 for nothing? I paid him as I wanted him to just get out of the house. I called two appliance parts suppliers in London who both quoted me $240 for the part this company wanted $640 for (technician also said $640 was just for the part and that I would not have to pay for labour). Long story short I called their customer line and was told the manager was on vacation and the other was unavailable. The rep did tell me she would get back to me with a solution and never called me back. I then received a call from their manager which she was very rude and nothing was done. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Dryer stopped heating and two hours later it was fixed! Easy scheduling service and technician wore a mask the entire time. Thankful it happen so quickly! Would use them again.

The service was prompt. Abhay was very nice and helpful The price was very fair. Can't go wrong with this company.

The technician found the problem with my Kenmore washer quickly and repaired it for a very reasonable price. This is my second time using this company, both technicians are excellent, honest, and good communicators.
