Please be cautious with this company. The technicians lack proper expertise, and there are serious concerns about their honesty regarding warranties. After they assured me the issue was resolved, it turned out it wasnt. When I called back, I was informed the warranty only applied if additional parts were purchased, which contradicts what the technician had initially promised. I strongly recommend researching other, more reputable appliance repair companies. They are unprofessional, unskilled and unethical, prioritizing quick profit over genuine service.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service by Appliance Repair Crew. We first contacted them to repair our fridge, which was making strange noises. The technician came in, fixed it, and provided a one-month warranty. However, the fridge stopped working again shortly after, and they had to replace a new partcharging us again in August 2024. Now, just a little over a month later, the fridge is making noises again.

When we contacted them this time, they refused to honour the warranty, claiming it had been over a month. This is the third time weve had to call them for the same issue, which clearly should have been fixed properly in the first place. Instead of taking responsibility for what appears to be a faulty part and poor service, they continue to charge us for a new job every time. They are keeping customers in a cycle of repairs rather than delivering quality service.

Their approach to customer service is appealingthey dont care about addressing the root cause of the problem and instead convince customers into believing something is wrong with the fridge, when its clear that the real issue is with their substantiated repairs and products. I strongly advise avoiding this company if youre looking for honest, reliable service.

We needed help installing a new stove igniter in our gas stove. K arrived promptly and did the work quickly. The charge for 45 minutes work was $300, which is probably the going rate, as inflated as that might seem. What was outrageous was being charged over $200 for a generic $50 (if that) igniter. I can understand some markup, but that is extreme. I would look elsewhere if you need work done.

I had a frustrating experience with Appliance Repair Crew and wanted to warn others. My gas stove knobs werent working, so I called them for help. The technician inspected the stove, and charged me $360which he said would cover both the inspection and the repair.
Later, he told me I needed new parts and gave me a quote of $890 for them. I did my own research and bought the parts directly from the manufacturer for only $114. When I called them back to install the parts I had purchased, they said they would charge another $360, claiming it was a "new job."
How is this a new job when it's the same stove and the same issue, just with parts I bought myself? It feels like they are punishing me for not purchasing the parts through them at their inflated prices.
I'm more than willing to pay for the repair work, but this feels unfair and dishonest. If you're considering hiring them, be ready for unreasonable charges and a lack of transparency.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, this company VERY dishonest i paid 79+ tax for diagnostic on a fridge and soon as the technician get there, he ask for another $289,99 + tax for diagnostic and still can't find the problem.

Technician could not do right diagnostic, that why even after his work fridge did not work. A lot of very bad reviews showing how many people frustrated with this company. Company continue money grabbing techniques. Please read reviews and then make your decision, it will help you to avoid loosing money.

I needed a new gasket for my clothes washer. When quoted the $285 for labour, the technician said it was a very long and difficult job. He was in and out in LESS than one hour. He also said he gave us a $100 discount, which he never did. When he initially quoted over $600 for parts and labour . My wife asked if he was negotiable, and he said no. I am furious that I was misled about how long this job would take and the extreme amount of money I paid for less than an hour's labour. When I complained to the head office, they said that this was the technician's rate and nothing could be done. I will never do business with this company again.

They showed up to fix the Samsung washer that had an error code ...SC. They said they serviced rotation system and it was fixed. . Charged a total of $333.35 , no parts needed just labour and left.
Well it turns out we paid for nothing . SC error code means the machine won't spin or drain because the filter is plugged up or the drain hose is plugged up and lastly the sump pump needs replacing.

They provided a very quick service and the technician was experienced and knowledgeable and sweet.
