Jass is truly the best repair man I have ever had help around the house. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time and care to explain what caused the problem and how to make sure it doesn't happen again in the future. He has worked on my stove and refrigerator and I wouldn't dream of using any other repair man. Thanks for the peace of mind!

Abhay came out and replaced the back hose on my LG washing machine. Even though we could see the problem, the fix required dismantling as the hose goes through the entire machine. Abhay and a partner were both extremely efficient and respectful. The problem got fixed quickly and at an extremely fair price. I will definitely call again!

Appliance Repair Crew Inc. were the only company that i called that would repair my Bosch washing machine. Meet was extremely helpful. She did some research into the problem code for my washing machine and emailed me some steps to try before they come out. And that actually worked.

Fixed my Thermador stove. Great work, Abhay was super nice, came in about $50 higher than originally quoted (about 10%), but saved me from buying a new stove (about 10X the cost of repair). Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Everything you want - a punctual, clean, warm/friendly person showed up & assessed and replaced a part in my range all in about 15 mins. Abhay was my service person and is a nice, older gentleman who exchanged pleasantries briefly and then worked quickly and efficiently and didn't try to sell me a thing. Also gave me a quick clinic on how to properly clean my range - very helpful. It's like having your Uncle over to help! Highly recommended!

I have had a pop up vent for my cook top that I have been trying to get repaired for over two years! Abhay came out, removed the vent, took it to his shop for repair, and just reinstalled it. Jass from Appliance Repair Crew Inc. just repaired our old Thermador cooktop. He is organized, efficient and personable. I asked him several questions about the stove which he was happy to answer. The cost for parts and labor was reasonable, and I recommend him without reservation.
