My dishwasher had gone dead and I thought it was the computer but when Phillip came he found the plug had come out behind the dishwasher. He plugged it in to a more accessible outlet so I wouldnt have the problem again.

Hardik provided support for a fridge issue we were having over the phone over a few weeks before booking a service call. He is friendly and knowledgeable, arrives when he says he will and does great work. My go-to for appliance repair.

One of the baffles came off the inside of the dryer. A replacement drum was not available ie obsolete/ He tried a couple of larger screws and it worked. I am very happy I did not have to replace my dryer. Home stars had been great for me to get repairs to my home. I am always a little cautious as a greyhaired single senior. Thanks.

It was great, showing up on a Sunday and having all the parts needed to complete the work. Technicians were tidy, and efficient and communicated what were doing clearly. We would use their service team again and recommend them to others.

We had a washing machine breakdown and I discovered them through Google. Like many others, I found their team responsive and they isolated the problem quickly. They had to order a part, but always set our expectation with regards to delivery dates and always called ahead. I would recommend them heartily.

Saturday. The birthday Party was hosted at my house. 3:50 pm. Then we notice the Fridge/Freezer is busted. Not cold at all. Called and Appliance repair crew was over in just under an hour, found the problem in moments, went to his truck to get a part, and replaced a relay. Didn't try and soak me for a new compressor. Everything was fixed. They did all this before the other 3 companies I called even returned my call. Will call again and highly recommend it to others?
