LG Fridge Repair

Conan was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After dealing with 2 companies previously, both didn't have the knowledge nor ability to repair our LG fridge. Conan looked the entire fridge over and for it up and running. We have been without a fridge for over a month, and have it working again! We will definitely use them again! CY-LG:500295

Top notch service from Conan the service technician. They aren't the cheapest but they know what they are doing and I'll pay for that anytime. I will use them exclusively going forward.

I was connected to this company via Samsung, to come and fix a problem that I'd had another company try to resolve.
The technician who came was friendly, polite, and took the time to explain everything to me. He was only supposed to come to assess the issue, but ended up fixing it at the same time.

Fridge and dishwasher servicing - poor service

The technician did not seem knowledgeable. All he did was call the GE and Samsung tech support line, which I can do myself. There was no dissassembly or troubleshooting the problem at all. It was a waste of $200, since all I got was a suggestion to that replacing the PCB "may help" with no assurance at all. I won't be using Elite Appliance again.

Company Response: Good Afternoon, since both of your units are still functioning, plus the related issues are electronic instead of mechanical we need to work closely with engineers to come up with a proper solution.
We prepared quotes for the both the dishwasher and fridge parts replacement, but since the issue is minor and parts are not inexpensive, we suggested that you may think about it before spending the money.
