Repair was under extended warranty. Elite provided a date for repair with 3 hour window about a week in advance. The day of repair they texted a more specific time. I really appreciated the level of communication.
The technician (Russell) was prompt, professional, explained the problem and quickly completed the repair.

JANKIN arrived and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with our fridge. He explained what was going on and didnt leave a mess at all.

The customer service was very curteous, the communication was clear and the tech showed on time. He has all parts ready for the second visit and the appliance works well.

My gas stove died on me, technician from this company was excellent, efficient and very knowledgeable. No one wants to work on a gas stove but this technician was so good. He figured out the issue in no time and proceeded to get it up and running. His explanation of the problem was something I could understand, not too technical. His name was Russell and he was a credit to this company. I hope they understand how valuable he is. I've got this companies sticker attached to my stove top for any future appliance problems. My 8 year old Bosch dual fuel oven was over heating regardless of what temperature it was set to, giving me error code E115 and locking the oven door as a safety feature. After doing a thorough inspection of the problem, the technician determined that main control board to be replaced. I called Elite on Monday, the technician arrived on Tuesday to do the diagnostic, he ordered the board that arrived on Friday and then he returned on Saturday to complete the work. I am quite satisfied with the work and the speed of service, but most of all the pleasant demeanour and professionalism of Jankin the technician. (work order number :504435)
