Elite Appliance Service - Ottawa

The technician did not seem knowledgeable. All he did was call the GE and Samsung tech support line, which I can do myself. There was no dissassembly or troubleshooting the problem at all. It was a waste of $200, since all I got was a suggestion to that replacing the PCB "may help" with no assurance at all. I won't be using Elite Appliance again.

I did not choose this service, it was provided by Samsung when my 18 month old dryer started leaking a lot of water. He was here on time, and while it wasnt immediately clear what the issue was, I explained again (Id already explained to Samsung) and he identified and fixed the problem easily.

Super flexible in scheduling the repair for our Bosch dryer. The two technicians were efficient and clean in their work and now our dryer works great. Would definitely recommend for any appliance repairs.

They came next day, notified well and the man was friendly and knowledgeable. But the price was atrocious!

These guys were great - very professional, took the time to explain things to me, and noted that I should check the self clean function a couple of times while their work was under warranty. They also wore booties - it would not have been a deal breaker to me if they had not, but I know that this is important to a lot of folks.

I was so impressed with the service provided by Elite. We were about 6 months out of 1 year warranty when our LG ice maker stopped working. I called LG who offered to set up and pay for the service fees and I could pay for the parts which I was happy to accept!. Within hours I heard from Elite to set up a service appointment just days away. The technician arrived on time and was very professional and advised us that the ice maker needed to be repaired and would send a quote which arrived before 24 hours. The quote for the part was better than we could find so we accepted and they had to order in the part. We received calls to set up the install time followed by text and email confirmation of the time, we got a call 10 min before the technician was to arrive and this one was also very professional and efficient. We had warranty work done. Work order #481434 and recieved fantastic service from Elite Appliance Service. We would definitely use them again!

Elite appliance service repair is above other appliance repair company for service rapidity, knowledgeable technicians and customer services. I had an issue with a 3 years old $4000.00 LG fridge. After calling LG Canada for warranty repair and troubleshooting with them, the compressor was probably the issue (10 years warranty) but they could not provide a technician in my area that could come and do the compressor replacement repair work !!????. (40km Ottawa area ??). So they offer me a Prorate Cheque of $1300 credit for the purchase of a new refrigerator which would cost me an extra $3000.00 to purchase the same LG refrigerator (completely ridicules). I search myself for a repair company call a few places and asked questions to make sure that they would fix my fridge. Answers from Elite appliance service were clear and for a lot cheaper than buying a new fridge. The compressor was replaced for free. Awesome professional work, great price and very quick call response and services, follow up appointment is effective either by email, phone or text messages.
