I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS REPAIR COMPANY TO ANYONE. I HAVE USED MANY REPAIR COMPANIES OVER THE YEARS IN OTTAWA TO REPAIR MY APPLIANCES AND I HAVE ALWAYS HAD ISSUES WITH THE SERVICE AND NEVER FELT CONFIDENT THAT THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THIS WAS DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE WITH ELITE APPLIANCE. I GOT AN APPOINTMENT RIGHT AWAY, THE TECHNICIAN DISCOVERED THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT IN THE SPOT. I AM BEYOND HAPPY WITH THEM.
