My kitchen drain was almost entirely clogged. When it started backing up, water would leak profusely from under the sink.

I tried almost everything but nothing worked. I even went to a big name plumber for a consultation but they wanted $400 just to snake the drain. Along with their advice to replace the pipes, the total was almost $1,000. I wasn't about to spend that kind of money, so I looked at other options.

I filled in the form for the Home Depot Local Pros. Within minutes, Alpha Lynx was the first to call me. I spoke with Tehran. I was worried because I've never heard of Alpha Lynx before, and there are so many con men out there, so I didn't want to risk my home address without really thinking this through.

I eventually called back and I was glad I did. Tehran showed up on time and he was very professional. The drain clog wasn't as severe as it was frustrating to deal with, but Tehran was patient from start to finish. In fact, Tehran did something that I found to be highly commendable...

After he worked on my kitchen drain, it finally appeared to work again. However, soon after he left, I tested it with a full sink of water and the problems came back! The drain backed up and started leaking everywhere! Tehran was still on the road when I called him, but he turned around right away and brought his tools right out again. He didn't just up and say "well, I did snake the drain but I have other jobs to do, see you later". He worked for 2 hours to make 100% certain my kitchen drain was 100% functional and I was 100% satisfied. I couldn't thank him enough and I have a lot of respect for him, his work, and his company.

I'm back in business. My kitchen drain is running perfectly. I would recommend Alpha Lynx with no reservations. My biggest regret was waiting over a month before meeting Alpha Lynx today.

Tim at Alpha Lynx was great! Contacted me right away, arrived on time, unclogged my sink and fixed a leak with a couple of new parts. He even added an access point in the pipe to the dishwasher so future clogs would be easier to get at. Tim was polite, respectful and got the job done quickly. I will definitely call him again.

We had a sink repair (leak requiring new piping), and the team did a solid repair, were in an out in a reasonable time frame, and also fixed a few other items as well which was nice since they had parts with them. Appreciated the professionalism and speed as well as the quality of the repairs completed.
