My kitchen drain was almost entirely clogged. When it started backing up, water would leak profusely from under the sink. I tried almost everything but nothing worked. I eventually called back and I was glad I did. Tehran showed up on time and he was very professional. The drain clog wasn't as severe as it was frustrating to deal with, but Tehran was patient from start to finish. In fact, Tehran did something that I found to be highly commendable... After he worked on my kitchen drain, it finally appeared to work again. However, soon after he left, I tested it with a full sink of water and the problems came back! The drain backed up and started leaking everywhere! Tehran was still on the road when I called him, but he turned around right away and brought his tools right out again. He didn't just up and say "well, I did snake the drain but I have other jobs to do, see you later". He worked for 2 hours to make 100% certain my kitchen drain was 100% functional and I was 100% satisfied. I couldn't thank him enough and I have a lot of respect for him, his work, and his company. I'm back in business. My kitchen drain is running perfectly. I would recommend Alpha Lynx with no reservations. My biggest regret was waiting over a month before meeting Alpha Lynx today.
