Jay's Heating and Cooling

Jason took our deposit, made us buy equipment because he run out of money, disappear with the money and block us.
We have used him in the past for our properties, around 1 year ago, by now, all the work he has done, it is showing defective parts, broken system.
I do not recommend this guy at all.

Came on very short notice on a really cold weekend to look at our nonfunctional furnace (5 stars for quick response). Stated the furnace needed a new motor & ordered it. After several weeks & calls from us claimed the part was in transit but well over a month later Jay is not returning calls.& where is the part??? Based on other reviews this seems to be a pattern. Its been a very unprofessional experience.

I had a whole-house humidifier installed back in November 2020. There were issues with the installation and Jay promised to come back. We texted in the month of December where he promised to return. Haven't heard from him since

Jay was timely, professional, tidy, and very easy to work with. Appreciated his pre-consultation around my humidifier install as I had had one installed in a previous residence, and that job left me with misgivings around the functionality, water wastage, effectiveness etc.

In working with Jay, the attention to detail in the install was key, along with additional info he gave me to help things run well.

All of this greatly appreciated - would definitely recommend Jay! (and was a much better & more effective install than the last guy I used)

Jay did a great job servicing my gas appliances at a very fair price. He was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice about maintenance and future replacements. I would recommend him to everyone looking for a reliable and local technician who responds quickly to service requests.

I found Jason to be a delightful person to deal with. He communicates clearly, follows up as required and meets all time commitments agreed to. He recently installed a new furnace and humidifier for us and we are very pleased with the finished job. We found his pricing competitive and would not hesitate to recommend him or use his company again in the future.

Jason is a very professional tradesperson . He takes his job seriously and respects your house while he is working .
Jason has done maintenance on our HVAC system with tips on how to maintain peak performance until his next visit.
He is excellent at diagnosing problems as evidenced with current issues we had with our boiler.

Had Jason install a Jotul gas stove , new furnace/ Ac combo , and a Navien combi boiler system for my Fathers place. Also had him run well over 300’ of gas lines and 5 zones in floor loop heating. He also ran new wiring for the thermostats , installed and settup new thermostats ( and got them settup on my phone for me ! ) and rebuilt the entire mechanical room manifold for both gas and water.

From the get go Jason was easy to deal with, he showed up when he said he was going to, got each appliance up and running with ease and was able stick to his word on the price.

Jason was able to install all 3 appliances with ease. He showed me how to use each appliance and tips to maintain each one .

He goes the extra mile and I think I was the lucky one to have found him to redo my Fathers house .

This guy is the real deal.
