Jay was timely, professional, tidy, and very easy to work with. Appreciated his pre-consultation around my humidifier install as I had had one installed in a previous residence, and that job left me with misgivings around the functionality, water wastage, effectiveness etc. In working with Jay, the attention to detail in the install was key, along with additional info he gave me to help things run well. All of this greatly appreciated - would definitely recommend Jay! (and was a much better & more effective install than the last guy I used)
