Dryer Repair

2nd time we have used Dowell. Best experience we have had (both times). Timely, (we had to wait on a part but were updated on this) and efficient. They have a lovely service manager (Jessica I believe) who does a great job of scheduling and updating.

Refrigerator repair

Beau and Matt were very personable, polite and professional at all times. They were respectful of Covid prodigals and left their workspace tidy and clean. I highly recommend Dowell and would request their service the next time I have an appliance issue.

Technician Beau is the best!

London

Our oven stopped working last week. When Beau arrived to fix it he was friendly and professional. He even had the necessary part with him based on our description of the problem - it was amazing that we did not have to schedule a second visit. Beau went above and beyond, even vacuuming out the crumbs in the bottom of our oven. Highly recommend Beau's services.

Bo did a wonderful job servicing our washing machine. He was prompt, friendly and did a wonderful job. We have had him fix our dishwasher in the past and also did an awesome job. I would strongly suggest Bo to others he really stands behind his fixes.

Technician cane got working and ordered new board. Replaced board when part came in.
