Dave from Dowell Equipment Services came and serviced my furnace and installed a new thermostat. All work was done promptly and at a great price. I would definitely recommend them .

Excellent service and reliable work. The problem was quickly identified (apparently a common issue with Samsung) and fixed. Beau provided honest and sound advice during the repair and took time to explain the potential repair needs. It was the end of the day and he stayed late to get the job done so that we didn’t have to wait another day. I trust his judgement and work completely. Definitely recommended and I will be calling him again for any future appliance repair.

Our refrigerator was no longer keeping food cold - emailed DES in the morning - got immediate email response from Beau, was able to fit our call into the day or at the latest the following day. We were not available the following day during business hours. A short time later, a same day call was confirmed by email and text message. Justin arrived as scheduled. Determined the problem, ordered the part - installed following day as scheduled. Beau and Justin were both very responsive and communication was stellar!
