Booked for someone to come and repair my leaking gas fireplace. The lady who booked it did not listen to my instructions and booked for the wrong time when I was NOT going to be home and I had to reschedule o Sunday and cancel my plans. They installed a custom made shelf above the outside fireplace vent, caulked it, and shimmed the vent out. I was not happy with the work from the first technician so the owner called me to rectify the situation. Another technician came out the next day and fixed the problem. I appreciate how efficient and caring the owner was.

My old pool heater had reached the end of its life. KDM quoted me a new pool heater replacement. I called Daniel at KDM and he said that they had the right Hayward pool heater in stock and that they would install it the next day. I was thrilled and couldn't have been happier. Daniel and his crew came the next day and completed the installation of my new Hayward H250FDN pool heater, in time for Labour Day weekend! Daniel and his crew did an excellent job and were very professional. I highly recommend KDM Gas for any service needs!

My fireplace kept shutting down with the Pilot off too. It turned out that the Pilot needed adjusting and increasing as it was not heating the sensor enough. Technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job of servicing, cleaning and adjusting. Very clean job with no mess at all. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a home with two gas fireplaces. One of them would not stay on although the pilot light was lit; the other had a flame so small you could barely see it. Tyler and Kyle were amazing. They arrived on time, were super friendly and in no time both fireplaces were cleaned and working great. I highly recommend them.

We got KDM in to fix our on/off switch and the back burner wasnt working either. Liam got the switch working on the first click and adjusted flames to get all burners to work.
While he was here we thought our furnace humidifier had stopped working and he tuned it up as well.
Thought we needed a new fireplace and humidifier but they only needed adjusted.
Overall very happy with the service and would recommend to everyone.
