Booked for someone to come and repair my leaking gas fireplace. The lady who booked it did not listen to my instructions and booked for the wrong time when I was NOT going to be home and I had to reschedule o Sunday and cancel my plans. They installed a custom made shelf above the outside fireplace vent, caulked it, and shimmed the vent out. I was not happy with the work from the first technician so the owner called me to rectify the situation. Another technician came out the next day and fixed the problem. I appreciate how efficient and caring the owner was.
