Called Dan at KDM a few times for repair or advice - always picks up phone or gets back right away. Polite, timely, efficient service. Just had a pool heater and pump installed. Justin and Josh were excellent technicians. Professional, tidy work, and the unit is working amazing. They took us through everything after so we would know how to run it.
