I requested a quote from Yevhen via this site for a malfunctioning washer/dryer. Yevhen called me back almost immediately. We spoke, he gave me the basic run down of how he works and We met at the condo where my washer/dryer combo stopped working the next day.

I must say - out of all the repair guys I've dealt with for my rentals (and I've dealt with a few) Yevhen is right there in the top 2. He was polite, kept true to his word, efficient, and honest. He knew right away what the problem could have been and fixed it with 15 mins of diagnostic.

I would definitely call Yenhen again for my next repair. And I would definitely encourage you to as well.

Yevhen did an excellent job with the installation of our new dishwasher. From the start he was upfront about costs, and was great at communicating. He was punctual, courteous and professional throughout the entire project. Will hire again for future appliance installations/repairs.

I needed to service my Samsung fridge and repair the ice maker which hadn't been working for over a year. Yevhen was able to come within 24 hours - was very courteous - provided text updates on specific arrival time - and was excellent to deal with. He confirmed all the pricing in advance, had with him the specific parts and fixed everything as needed. I would definitely use Yevhen again.

Yevhen was the third appliance man to investigate my problem. My washing machine retained water after its wash. Yevhen ordered the valves and it has been working for the last two weeks. It was worth waiting instead of buying a new machine. He is reliable and dependable. He gave me a three month warranty. I hope I don't need it.

My fridge stopped working so I called Yevhen. He was not only able to fit me in the very next day but he also picked up the part he thought he would need ahead of time. That way I didn’t need to pay a diagnostic visit Only to have him need to come back. He was on time and very pleasant. He installed the part which unfortunately did not solve the problem so he immediately uninstalled the part and I was only charged for his labor. Yevhen, was honest and very knowledgeable. I will definitely call him again if I ever have an appliance issue.

My fridge felt hot and I texted Yevhen to come take a look. The fan was not working and then worked after a few tries, and he determined it is the main board that needs to be replaced. He ordered the part and charged me the exact price online with no markup. The same evening, he came back with the part and attempted to install it. Unfortunately, the manufacturer had changed the configuration of the board by a tiny bit and it did not work, so Yevhen changed the old board back. But it worked fine and had no issue, and Yevhen determined that it was perhaps all the dust (there were a lot) that made the board not work. And after resetting the board, it was working again. He said he would bring the new board back (and complain to manufacture). He didn’t charge me a cent on the part and only for labour! He’s very reasonable, and very very honest. I will definitely be calling him next time my appliance breaks! Thank you, Yevhen!

The first left burner of my Frigidaire stove does not heat up for some time. I called Yevhen yesterday and he showed up at my place with the intention of fixing the problem the next day as scheduled. A complete gentleman, arrived on time, he tried his possible best to fix the issue but unfortunately the issue was more complicated. He is a honest gentleman and good to work with. I recommend him to any one looking to fix their appliance(s). A rare gem and pleasant to relate to.

Yevhen responded right away to fix our fridge and did so promptly and professionally. He was upfront about the price of a replacement part, showing us the cost directly from the supplier's website. He went to the supplier and came back to our condo the same evening to replace it at the end of a very long day. His service was such a welcome contrast to our recent experience with the dreadful "Appliance Repairman", who is dishonest and untrustworthy (see reviews on this website). We will be calling Yevhen for all of our future appliance issues and I will recommend him to everyone I know.

Yevhen responded to my call very quickly and arrived exactly when he said he would. He explained everything he was doing and why and completed the job in an efficient and friendly manner. I will definitely call him for any future appliance repairs.

Yevhen came during the long weekend to fix the refrigerator that didn't work. The repair was fast and all Yevhen had all the spare parts with him so I didn't have to order extra parts. It all works now thanks to Yevhen.
